About us

Restaurant Signum is located at the end of Långenäs cape within the grounds of Hällsnäs Hotel & Restaurant.
Close to the restaurant, we maintain a year-round micro-farm where we grow herbs, leafy greens, and edible flowers. Additionally, we have a larger cultivation area on the property where we grow vegetables and root crops during the warmer months. A portion of the harvest is preserved to be used throughout the colder season.

Just north of Fjällbacka, we also operate a sea farm where we cultivate seaweed for use in our menu.

We place great emphasis on a good and close collaboration with our farmers, fishermen, and suppliers who provide us with the highest quality ingredients. We strive to be as self-sufficient as possible in raw materials to control quality, waste, and production.

Our kitchen is open, both in physical form and in thought. The ingredients guide the dishes, often cooked over an open fire, always with precision and respect.
