Our menu follows the Nordic seasons. The main ingredients are exclusively Scandinavian, with flavours from other parts of the world as complements. We serve a set menu with 18 courses, sometimes more, depending on what the season has to offer.
We do our best to plan an allergy-friendly menu. We spend a lot of time creating our menu and as we work with ingredients available on the day we therefore can’t cater specifically for vegans or vegetarians.
