The information is intended for you if you are a guest with us – when you book a stay, request a price quote for a stay, or purchase a gift card, or if you visit our website or social media platforms. Personal data is any information that can be directly or indirectly linked to you, such as name, image, personal ID number, IP address, as well as travel and purchase history.

• 3.1 When you book a stay/gift card/prospect with us by phone

  Your name (and the name of your travel companion) and your contact details such as email address and phone number.

  We process the following data you provide:
  Your full name (and the name of your travel companion) and your contact details such as email address and phone number
  Street address, postal code, city, country
  Account number for payment
  We process your personal data to:
  Identify you as a guest, e.g., at check-in
  Charge you for the stay/gift card
  Manage and deliver what you have booked, for example via email by providing your trip (booking confirmation) or the product (gift card) you have purchased
  Legitimate interest in informing you about our services and products, e.g., via email and SMS
  Send a guest survey after your stay with us to learn about your experience
  For invoicing, we also process your personal data along with our payment service provider
  Storage period: We retain your data for up to 36 months after your completed stay, for instance as a basis for any complaints.

  Information about how you interact with and use our website, e.g., when booking a stay
